    App problem or console problem?


    Anyone else experience in-game jitters when streaming using the Xbox One twitch
    app? Yesterday when i was playing titanfall and trying out the twitch app i noticed that i would get some in game jitters and stutters. I had my upload set at 2k which was actually lower than what they recommended for me. I was wondering if anyone else was
    experiencing this and what they think it might be. Also if it is an app issue or a console issue?

    Blu Ray & DVD App Problems

    Having problems with playing DVD with this app I downloaded.

    It keeps saying Region 2 discs not compatible with a Region 1 console.

    Console was bought from Amazon UK, tried several other DVD but getting the same error.

    Anyone else had problems with this?

    DVD and Blu ray disc stopped issue

    Hi guys.

    My Xbox One plays games, both disc ans downloaded one, perfectly

    and all the apps work perfectly as well, but whenever

    I put a DVD or a Blu Ray disc, I get a "Disc Stopped" message.

    Is the problem with my console or the Blu ray app ?

    And what is the solution with this problem ?

    Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums today!

    You are correct by having your PC and your Xbox on the same network.

    Just make sure that they are on the same frequency band.

    Example of seperate wifi bands

    HomeWiFi_2.4GHz

    HomeWiFi_5.0GHz

    You shouldn't have to worry about this if you didn't seperate them as most routers have them work together.

    Also if you are able to connect to your console that means they are on the same connection.

    This should help you solve the issue.

    Hey Kevinklenzak try going into the network settings on your xbox and clicking on "Test Network Connection" once it's done try connecting with the console companion see if that works.

    I see my consoles name and its on and connected to the same internet but it still doesnt work for some reason.
