app not working on my iphone 5

hi everyone iv been having some problem when im trying to open the xbox app on my iphone its flashed green with the logo then switches straight back of again iv reset my phone and uninstalled and re installed 5 times and im still experiencing the same problem
any ideas how i can get the app to work again please

Xbox App keep Crashing on iPhone 6S

It's been at least 2 weeks that my Xbox app on my iPhone 6S is not working anymore. It just crash every time. I've been restarting my iPhone, deleting and reinstalling the app but it didn't work either.

 

Xbox one smartglass and IOS

So I have the xbox one smartglass app on my iPhone 5 and whenever I try to connect withy xbox, it doesn't find it even though they are on the same network. I have retried for days now and it's simply frustrating. Also, when using the smartglass app on
my laptop, it works perfectly fine so I would like to know why it isn't working on my iPhone 5 and what is being done about it. Thanks

 

same issue here, iPhone 5, the app attempts to open then closes. Removed the app rebooted the phone reinstalled the app many times but still doesn't work.

iPhone SE with same reported problem. It's been like this for awhile for me. Really frustrating because I used to use the app to control my xbox and tv through it as a single remote.

 

Same for my iPhone 6 but it works in my IPad

 

I have this issue too, iPhone 7. It's been about 2 months now and still no fix!
