App not responding/working

Discus and support App not responding/working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I'm addicted to Age of Empires Castle Siege. To the point where I have three accounts.     App not responding/working


    So I'm addicted to Age of Empires Castle Siege. To the point where I have three accounts. Went away for a long weekend and now two of the accounts don't work. Click on the app and nothing happens. Right click does not give me an uninstall option.
    The tile shows updating i.e. number of attacks etc. Got a year of time and money in one game and kind of miss it. App store states the game is installed.

    Third game runs just fine. Did the uninstall option and reinstalled thinking it would help things but nada.

    Any ideas? (running windows 10)

    DISSAPPOINTING MKV, AVI not playing any sound on Xbox One

    I tried with VLC and my Xbox One stop working and not responding.

    Xbox not working. Error code 0x80010100

    Xbox not responding to any input, when a app finally loads I get th above error: 0x80010100

    Recently switched from energy saving mode to instant on now the console isn't working.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Yeh a dedicated app would be great to see.

    When Responder was live it was great since it worked like an app on the phone

    Hi there!

    Are you seeing this issue with every app?

    Do you mind sending us an example video of what you are seeing so we can tell exactly what is happening?

    Let's also have you power the console down, unplug it for 5 minutes, and then power it back on to try again.

    Hello Fernando! Thanks for responding! The technique you provided didn't quite work for this problem. My app isn't currently open, as when this problem started, it immediately deleted all apps downloaded by the Xbox app.

    Have you tried the VLC App?
    I tried with VLC and my Xbox One stop working and not responding.

    Thanks for responding josef. I think I fixed the issue. I installed an older version of the app and its working like normal.
