App not recognizing keystrokes.

For some reason the Xbox (beta) app isn't recognizing my keystrokes. I'm unable to report the problem threw the app due to this issue.

XBOX One interferes with TV / cablebox remote control

With the xbox one turned on, my cablebox receiver has problems recognizing keystrokes from the cablebox remote control. I guess there is IR emitted from the kinekt that's bouncing off furniture into the cablebox, drowning the signal. Is there an easy fix?

 

My microsoft account is associated with a different xbox live profile..

Okay, now it won't it's not recognizing my microsoft password and asking for an app password...

Ran into the same issue again just now as well. I'd submitted a log threw the 'Feedback app' on my Windows 10 machine if that helps data wise.

I'd figured a bit of the monitoring data may have been of use. So both times I submitted the report threw both the app itself if I was able and threw the Feedback hub's monitoring feature.

Ive been having this issue recently as well, the app doesnt recognize any keystroke aside from mouse clicks. I tried relaunching the app but theres no improvement
