App never opened and will not open on fresh install of win 10

Just installed win 10 on new computer but the xbox app will not open nor has it ever, sadface. My Microsoft acc used to login to windows 10 is tied to my xbox one gt. I've tried all the common fixes like

-wsreste.exe in command propt

-powershell command as admin... Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

-command prompt as admin...sfc /scannow

-created a new user

Nothing has made it work. PLS HALP

I'm still having this issue. App works fine on a fresh install of windows 10, however as soon as I update the app crashes immediately when I try to open it.

Installing the beta app does nothing to remedy the issue.

Do any of your other apps do this? On window 10 there is a known bug when onedrive is on autostart and logged in. Onedrive app on win 10 changes admin permissions on our local PC and can prevent windows store and store downloaded apps from working. I had
this a lot when i first upgraded. I had to reset all my permissions (easier to do if you restore win 10 to the initial fresh install state (after upgrade)) stop onedrive from running on start (remove from start up folder) and never log in to the onedrive app!
It may not be this...but if you are having other apps fail like store and mail...it is likely this bug!

1-no. the xbox app is the only app I am having trouble with. If I open up like the solitaire app it will sign into my gamertag so I know its properly linked to my Microsoft acc...but even from the solitaire app I cant access my friends or anything related
to the xbox app.

2-no error messages, it only opens for like a millisecond then closes

I have tried the troubleshooter and making sure its up to date as well.
