App login loop

Same issue tonight. Signed into Xbox.com, but that Tactile app won't sign in. App is in a constant loop telling me to try to login to Xbox.com when I already am.

Had some trouble getting trough the loop that occurred when trying to login at the start. But the second or third try, the login worked.

When I go to aka.ms/remoteconnect and enter the code on-screen, I enter the password to my account, then it goes back to asking me for to code and password. But now, if I type in anything it works. It also changes the website name.

Please follow these steps and see if it will help fix the issue.

Make sure that Passwordless Account and Two-step verification are not enabled here.

Update your password here.

Sign in here using the new password.

https://www.xbox.com/en-US/

Then, follow these steps. Make sure to close any games and applications before proceeding.

Check Your PC’s Date and Time Settings:

Ensure your PC’s date and time are accurate for proper connection establishment.

Press the Start button, then select Settings.

Go to Time & Language > Date & Time.

Ensure the Set time automatically toggle is turned on.

Open the Microsoft Store by pressing Windows Key + S, typing Microsoft Store, and selecting App Settings.

Click on Repair and then Reset the app.

Repeat the same process for the Xbox App.

Restart Your Device:

After repairing and resetting both apps, restart your device.

Sign back into both the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store using the same email.

Check if this resolves the issue.
