Same problem here, for a couple of months now too. Cleared cache and no luck.

 

Once again, an issue had by many people, and Microsoft continues to ignore it. No surprise. No problem continuing to steal money month by month for a service that isn't working right.

July 25th was the first post regarding this. It's absolutely despicable that any company would ignore their customers that long.

 

Hey there, SmackingMonkeys! We've actually been in here before, and are aware of the situation. I posted on page 2 of this thread. However, there haven't been any updates to this since then. The most common way to resolve this is by clearing cache a few
times. That has resolved several users. However, for those that this doesn't work with, we are still actively looking into this and will provide an update once we have one. Thanks!

 

the cache clearing only worked for 2 people in this thread. Get it fixed.

 

What do you know? *** still doesn't work

 

So downloaded the new 360 update and lo and behold....the icons are still *** up

 

Cleared the system cache and everything is back to normal. Finally, after 3 months it works. Better late than never, I suppose.
