App Icons- Place Holder Images Displayed

as of 11:20am my icons are back ..... thanks..... i guess....

 

Same problem here. please open thread back up.

 

Today the icons looks like it came back and it's been fixed. Hopefully it doesn't break again.

Also still having this problem, been going on for at least a couple of weeks.

 

Yup, mine's busted too. Fortunately "My Video Apps" have been in the same order for forever. Netflix is the only one that still has an icon though.

 

I also have this problem. Been this way for weeks.

 

Been having the same problem for more than a month. Will MS please send a patch for this? It seems to be a on going problem.

 

I have resolved this issue after reading unrelated forums. I decided to clear the cache on the 360 hard drive. That seemed to bring back the display image place holders. Go to settings tray, then select system/storage/hard drive(Microsoft), press the Y button
for device options and select "Clear System Cache".

I hope this works for you, if not, try deleting some apps you don't use and try again.

 

I have tried clearing system cache, as well as deleting app and re-downloading it. I only have icons for a couple of my video apps, the other dozen or so still just show an Xbox Live logo. It's kind of ridiculous that this problem has been going on as
long as it has.

 

Been a couple of weeks now. going to try clearing the cache. hope it works.

 

A "late to the party" bump

Been having the l this issue for a month and a half or so, at first it was all apps and games; Then the game pictures came back but the apps seem to randomly come and go regardless of amount of use. Eg: YouTube gets used daily, one day the icon will be
there the next it won't

 

This is nearing a month as a problem that hasn't been addressed AT ALL! This can't possibly be that hard of a patch or update to fix.

 

Been having this problem too! Please someone at Microsoft, help us all out here!!!! Just when I think I know where a tile is , it's not. Have to click on generic green and white logo tiles one after the other to find right app!!!! Not cool at all !!! This
is being posted today Aug. 28th, 2015 at 11:35 am. So MS techs, PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED!!!!!!! As it being said by us all here," Come on now". Btw, I'm having this problem on my xbox 360. HELP!!!!
