    App gets can't download message


    I recently had issues signing in to my account on amazon prime video so decided to uninstall it (later found that it just took a long time for emails to come through). I'm very much regretting this decision though as I now cannot reinstall the app. Ive
    cleared the system and hard drive cache and deleted all traces of it from my hard drive multiple times but it always gets to around 80%, jumps to the end and says "can't download", creating a corrupted file in my hard drive. I downloaded another app as a test
    and that was fine--I'm really at a loss of what today.

    xbox one preview app message has disappeared.

    i've recieved two invites to the xbox one preview app, both of which have disappeared from my messages. i wasn't aware messages deleted themselves after a set amount of time. the faq says to go to the preview app forum if you lost the message, but you can't
    get to the forum if you didn't download the app. please help.

    I can't download the blu ray app. I can get into the store it always says error

    Yeah something is disturbing my connection where I can't Download the Blu Ray app. So I can't play DVD Blu Ray movies and I cant get into the Xbox store. Nothing but error message. Can anybody help?

    Sorry about the issue with downloading the app. Are you downloading this on an Xbox One or on a PC? If on an Xbox One you can try

    troubleshoot game or app install    . Also you can try
    Power Cycle     console, once you power cycle then go straight to store and try to re-install app.

    by why are some of us still getting the message. All the apps are running, but I can't view anything if i can't log on. Customer service told me to delete my account (which I did) and I tried to download it (several times) and i keep getting the same message
