    Recently, I've been getting this message from my Xbox, last week, it was too damn slow I couldn't even open settings without getting this error.

    After that, I've tried several times the hard reset thing but it only worked like 1 in 10 times then I did the factory reset which worked at first but now I'm getting the same error, tested with a minor game by deleting/installing again and I was able to
    run it, but right now I can't even use Netflix without get the error.

    yeah it happens with any game I try to launch. I've had the problem ever since I got the console though and I've tried resetting it like that in the past but it still happens

    Hello anyone who can help,

    Recently out of no where my xbox has been becoming slow in everything it does. When I click on a game to play, the game starts to load but after a few seconds of nothing happening I am returned to the home screen of my xbox with the message "for some reason
    *insert game* took too long to start." The error code that comes up is 0x8027025a. I spent a long time talking to Xbox support in a chat, but nothing fixed the issue. I have restarted the console multiple times, reset the to factory settings. Tried other accounts,
    nothing is working. Does anyone know how I can actually speak to someone on the phone? My Xbox is not even a year old but I cannot find anything on the warranty page to see if this issue is covered. I appreciate any help!

    App/Game took too long to start

    The only thing that I can suggest is a hard reset performed EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    If that doesn't work then try another factory reset and if that doesn't work contact support for a repair. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Already did it a few times, sometimes the games works but only for a few days, then I start getting the same error again.

    I'm from Brazil, will check if this service is available here, will try to test with a external drive first.

    1. Check the server status: Sometimes, server issues can cause delays when launching the Twitch app. You can check the server status by visiting the official Twitch Status page. If the servers are down, you may need to wait until they are back up and running.

    2. Update the app: Make sure that you have installed the latest updates for the Twitch app. You can check for updates by going to "My games and apps" > Highlight the app > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage app" > Select "Updates" .

    3. Clear the cache: Clearing the cache can help resolve issues caused by corrupted app files.     Hi Grunt989! Does the problem come up with all the games that you try to start while you're upgrading? Try deleting the system cache with the power cycle and try again. Hold down the power button for 10 secs, wait for the console to turn off, wait for 30
    secs, and then turn it on again.
