Thanks for reaching out to the Forums community for advice on how to deal with these problems using Movies & TV.

I totally understand how disheartening it could be for this app not to respond as intended. In your post you had stated that you have done all sorts of troubleshooting, but if you don't mind, could you elaborate on what steps you have tried already?.

On the 360I suggest rolling back your console's updates as outlined in Solution 7 of

Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console if you haven't tried already.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and please let us know how you've been troubleshooting already as well.

And, by the way, NO, it does not fix the problem on Windows 10 either. By this time, you guys should already kwow that because there are hundreds of topics reporting similar issues since 2017 but ambassadors keep addressing the same old generic contents
and tips...
