App Ea access hub or Netflix not found

Yeah! I live in Brazil. When I search some App, like Netflix or Ea access hub, the Xbox One show the message: App not found. Help me, please!

I was invited to Preview Program but no EA Access

Im in the preview program, fully registered. When I click on the EA access hup app it says unavailable? Its one of the quests to sign up and use ea access. Anyone know why I cant download the ea access hub app?

App availability can vary from region to region. Be sure you have the region of your account and the region of your console set to the correct region before searching for the app

Really odd that you're having trouble finding the apps. Do you possibly have a different account on your console you can test searching for the apps? I was able to test this and found the apps after searching within the Store.

Also, rather than searching, can you visit the app section of the store and see if either of these apps are listed there?
