App Downloads

So for the past week i have been trying to update the netflix and blue ray apps, they have downloaded at 300 kb/s or less and usually get stuck at 2-9% (saying they are installing), it is not the internet connection and the wireless advanced settings say
im getting 6-9 mb connection with my xbox one, i have also now factory reset my xbox (using the delete games reset option) , and still have the same problems.

Possible look at the Win 10 Xbox app

it says app so I assume it is still downloaded but mine you it is a preview build so it could be integrated by the time It launchs

 

Is NFL app on xbox one free?

Saw this new app on the xbox store, it was NFL app, free to download, I downloaded it, waited a small while and it started played a short five second Madden add and then played a football game. Is this app completely free? I don't even have xbox live gold right now.

Sorry to hear about the update trouble. To check, what type of storage device are you using, internal or external? If you can try a different storage option to see if there's any change with how it installs

 

hey, i think it may be working now as the blue ray app successfully installed, so i will try the netflix app and let you know how it goes.
