App Doesn't Open

Hi MonsieurV3rt. I have disabled my anti-virus, but same result, still doesn't open. Though I am
not getting an error code like DeafeningElm89 is getting...

Our test team has been unable to reproduce the trouble you're having, except for one instance when they were missing one of the recent optional updates that went out around the end of June. They think that this update must be missing from your system, but
as you said that you were completely up to date, they are not certain what else it could be. I would suggest first looking for any optional updates that might have failed to install. If you truly are up to date with optional and required updates, then we might
have to go the route you suggested which was a refresh. Using the refresh option that keeps your files should work.

 

This app has not worked for me since you updated it july 18. I would just like to point out that that's over a month I PAID for that I didn't get to use. Thanks for that. I tried all the above posted Blarney. It is interesting that the games from this vendor
that I did not pay to remove the commercials from all run just fine.

Makes note to self: paying for stuff = bad

Also having issues with Skype, but that's only because I won't share my contacts with it.

I have an Idea, you refund my money, and "take" this nonfunctional version, so I can install freeware that will probably work better.

 

I can get the daily challenge to work, but I can't get the Star Club challenge to work, it just crashes the game. I've tried uninstalling/re-installing it several times, with no luck.

When I contacted Microsoft to get it fixed, they wanted me to pay THEM a fee for helping resolve their game issues! no thanks.

I have exactly the same problems. seems that after some update from Microsoft the problem started. It seems that it wants me to upgrade to Windows 8.1 before I can use MS Sol Collection.

Have you upgraded to MS8 Windows 8.1 yet?

 

Ps. The MS team's suggestion of using "Refresh" is absolutely rubbish!!!

I did that and it has caused me endless problems. They fail to point out that all the programs you have installed will be wiped out completely....

Can MS not stop when they find something that works? I am all for progress and change if it improves things, but it seems that the group is just changing for changing and to irritate us end-users. they cannot even find the problem they created.

Highly peaked off at the moment with MS.
