Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with using the Game Streaming option for the project X Cloud application. This issue could be caused if your Xbox One console is not configured to steam over your network, To
use Xbox game streaming, you must first enable game streaming from your Xbox One. To do this, press the Xbox button to
open the guide, select System > Settings > Preferences > Xbox
app connectivity.

1. Under This Xbox, select Allow game streaming to other devices.
2. Under Other devices, select Allow connections from any device or Only
   from profiles signed in on this Xbox.

Your xbox and smartphone need to be and the same network
