App da loja erro: 0x80070003[Bug store app: 0x80070003]

Estou com esse grande problema com o aplicativo da loja que acaba que não abre e dá o erro 0x80070003 já tentei várias vezes colocar o console para modo de fabrica o que resolveu por algums dias o problema mas ele tende sempre a ocorrer de novo e de novo
, alguém saberia como resolver esse erro porque eu não sei mas o que fazer

Eu possuo o console a mais de um ano e sim eu ja olhei a pagina que o link me leva e não me foi nada útil porque o que ele indica a se fazer é para falta de armazenamento e acho meio difícil ser o hd pois consigo acessar qualquer outra coisa alem da store
e após redefinir o console também consigo usar ela por algumas horas

o erro na loja e app é o erro 0x8007000. forá o erro eu gostaria mesmo de excluir os arquivos após a desinstalação. desisti da loja e do aplicativo. como retirar estas pastas e sub pastas
que ocupam espaço no hdd. já segui o artigo de modificar o administrador porém também não funcionou corretamente e não foi permitido excluir os arquivos. por favor uma orientação assertiva que realmente solucione. obrigado
