App crashes on July 11 lock daily challenge

app has crashed and cannot load the july 11 lock daily challenge

Hello,

The app constantly crashes, it doesn't save the daily challenges and it's annoying.

In a day in order to finish the daily I have to reopen the app at least 67 times, not to mention that when on loading it freeze and then sudden crash.

 

Some daily challenges never open

New month, already there's a daily challenge which shuts Jigsaw down, every time.

Challenges for Oct4: can't open Lock Breaker, animation runs for ~5sec, Microsoft Jigsaw crashes. repeat ad nauseam.

 

Can you please tell us what happens when you try to load the challenge? Have you tried restarting your computer or tablet?

 

Yes I've restarted my Surface rt tablet and what happens is it goes to the loading splash screen and then the app dies

 

I am also having this problem on my surface rt, when I try any of my Microsoft game apps (minesweeper, taptiles, mahjong, solitaire and wordwise), they just hang on the splash screen.

I've tried rebooting, restarting, & having nothing else running.

 

Came good yesterday, no idea why, but is working now after being unavailable for 6 days.

 

WarmWeevil3, have you manually checked for Windows updates and made sure to select Restart (NOT "Shut down") after installing any new updates?
