App closes when trying to play videos?

Xbox Fitness will only be available until the end of June. After that it will no longer be available.

As for your current issue it could be something to do with the cache. Could you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?

Using the hard copy version of MCC, don't have a capture card, am using the same profile I installed with, and the uninstall/reinstall/hard reset trick didn't work. The Halo Channel app is worthless, it doesn't even work right when trying to watch terminal
videos from in the game - if the app is already open when I launch a terminal video it won't play it, or it continues to play the background music while the video is playing; I have to close the app from the XBox dashboard and then relaunch from the game.
The Nightfall videos are just one part of a larger problem - the Halo Channel is worthless. The entire XBox UI is junk. I was a big fan of the original XBox and the 360. But I don't play video games anymore, Halo is the only one I still play and is the
ONLY reason I upgraded to XBOne, and I'm beginning to regret that decision. Thank goodness there are...other means to watch Nightfall.

I have just started to get this error message. Annoying thing though, is the video is playing in the background.... and when I close the error message, it closes the video.

Same for me. The App loads, i can browse the menu but when i select a video to play then it crashes and says had to close. Tried the usual clearing/reset options. Ill have to be patient i guess.

I think the problem is with the app itself... I'm forever getting a "YouTube is not available" warning. A "try again later" type deal. But when I hit "Close" the video plays without problems. I mostly use YouTube for the UFC stuff, JRE, and until recently
Opie & Anthony. I get the warning on every video though.

It needs fixing but I don't think XBCS are the people to help. =)
