App Beta on Mobile iOS/Android .

You said you were using the mobile app? Did you look on your actual profile on an Xbox to see if its reflected as the same?

If you double check the app, there's two versions of the Xbox mobile app. There's the public version and the public beta version. I believe both are available on both ios and Android. If you're possibly using the beta app, that could be an issue. That's
just my two cents though because I have both versions of the app on my phone, as well as both versions of the Mixer and Gamepass apps installed.

it would be easier to ask them to support mobiles without an APP

ios and android apps would just be a streaming with a custom player

rather then having an having an html5 player

It sounds like you've exhausted most good troubleshooting steps, and that it is indeed an issue with the app. I haven't heard of issue like this on the Android version of the app.

I know you can sign up for the beta app on Android... I know you'd just like it to work, so have you considered looking into the iOS XBox (beta) app may fix your issue?

Is this a new issue or is this something that has just started happening? And are you seeing this just on the Windows 10 Console Companion App? Have you also tried on the Xbox App on mobile devices (iOS or Android)?

that law is for mobile devices only, does not cover consoles. basically android and IOS.
