    App and game problems


    My apps load and then crash I have restarted my console multiple times and the problem persists I am also having problems loading any digital game I have and when I try and load a disc game it says that I need to insert the game disc to verify the license then it says if the disc is already in make sure it is clean and has no scratches. I have cleaned it to where there is no dust and I can't see any scratches I have tried inserting different discs and have the same problem. Also when I go on my games & apps it just keeps loading and I can't see my games or my apps. Please help.

    There are several possible reasons as to why you can't sign in to the Xbox app on your computer. Since you recently changed your account password, it is important that you need to update your login credential on the Xbox app as well. I suggest that you reset
    your Xbox app by performing the following steps below:

    1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then click Settings.
    2. Select System, and then select Apps & features.
    3. Find the Xbox app, and then click on Advanced options.
    4. Click Reset.

    If you're still unable to sign in on the Xbox app, I recommend that you sign in your account online through
    Xbox.com to check if you were able to change password successfully.
