App achievements are in Russian, even though everything is set to English.

Discus and support App achievements are in Russian, even though everything is set to English. in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Can't figure out why all my achievement text is written in Russian.     App achievements are in Russian, even though everything is set to English.


    Can't figure out why all my achievement text is written in Russian. The account is set to English, the region is not Russia, PC setting also nowhere near Russia (both location and regional settings).

    The app interface is in English, but unlocked achievement text is Russan. What gives?

    Gears 5 on PC, how to change language to russian?

    I tried everything:

    1. Changed language and region.

    2. Set Preferred Language Code=RU

    Game still in English.

    I believe this is because I have it from Xbox Beta application. I do not know what else I can do.

    My Xbox beta app is in Russian, same as Microsoft Store app, game is in English. I am giving up.

    I also want to add that just a day ago my achievements for Titanfall changed from English to German.

    My live account is UK, language set to English and Locale UK on the Xbox One.

    Everything was in English until I turned the machine on yesterday, achievement notifications are still in English but in the Achievements App everything is in German!

    I'm a native English speaker living in Germany but that doesn't mean I want to see my achievements in German! Can this be fixed please as it does take out some of the fun in gaining achievements!!!

    Achievements in another language

    The region is Poland, the format of the region is Russian (Ukraine), the interface language is Russian. The funny thing is that the achievements on the PC in the Xbox program are in Russian, like those that come to the phone. And here are those that the game bar displays during the game in English)))

    Jep same Problem here, only Hungarian, Russian, English and Polish I think.

    Really difficult with that ancient english language to understand everything...
