app achievements all gone

So my app achievements are all gone. I cant even see like say for netflix how many hours ive watched or how many things ive rated. Then I noticed one of my friends just got an achievement on twitch. So I go through the feed to his profile and none of his
app achievements are there. So the only thing I can think of and what im really gettin at here is. Did you guys take app achievements out in the preview program? If so that really sucks cuz i know the achievements werent worth a score but it was nice to compare
to others and see how many hours i put into things and what i did. So please get back to me n tell me whether you guys took it away, took it away for a short time to fix or update something, or if there is something wrong in my system/profile/account whatever.

ALL achievement progress reset to 0%

My achievement app progress has been reset as well. I was close to unlocking 2 time-consuming achievements in Sunset Overdrive and the progress is now gone.

 

All achievements are gone

Like the title says, after the update, under my achievements menu, all it says is "get your game on". I've tried erasing the GT and installing it again, unplugging the console, i tried my GT on another console and the same thing appears, they do show up
on my smartglass app, and they do show on a browser, and my x360, since it happened on another xone i assume it has nothing to do with my connection or my console, i did call support but they just sent me here
