    sorry and please can I have my account back. I had it for 6 years and I really don't want to start over.Y'all can take my gold, I just want my account back. I tried the Case Review and I got the summary and everything, but no account. Please I beg you it will

    Hey Enforcement Team!, I wanted to take a minute apologize for the thing i did to disrespect the Code Of Conduct. I have token the time to sit down and familiarize myself with the COC. I wish to always obey it now!. I was hoping for you to kindly unsuspend
    me or lower the time for me to use xbox live again. Its my Christmas break and i was really looking forward to playing and talking with my friends over the break, now i cant because of the horrible thing I did to disrespect the COC i Promise to always obey
    it. I really enjoy xbox and i love playing it. again i will always obey the COC from now on, i hope that your team accepts my apology and i promise i will obey and follow the rules of the COC. Happy Holidays! , i hope you accept my apology.

    Unfortunately, the enforcement team does not monitor these forums. Your only recourse is to file an appeal on their site enforcement.xbox.com/home Good Luck!

    The enforcement team cannot be contacted on the forums. They can only be contacted on enforcement.xbox.com via the case review process if you are eligible.
