    It's a starter pack and it should automatically download to the account associated with the mixer account. Check in your games and apps and check out the add ons for apex ot should be in the list. Mine worked without issue.

    It sounds like you might have already checked but it would be worth to check out your MS Account - Order History to see if you really have the Apex Starter pack. I noticed I was able to see BDO mixpot item on mine recently.
