    Apex Log In


    I’ve downloaded Apex again after a few months of not playing. When I go to sign in, it tells me I need to change my password on my EA account. I’ve done this multiple times. So my password has been changed about 8 times now, and when I load Apex, it says and tells me to do exactly the same thing.

    I’ve been on the help chat with EA twice, and their telling me my account has been deleted and there’s nothing they can do. I’ve not deleted my account, I’ve simply just uninstalled the game, so EA have deleted my account. I can access my account, change information, update anything, and change my password, so I don’t understand how it’s deleted if I can access it. I’ve had emails to change my password, confirmation that it’s been changed, and it still won’t work. (this is the only EA account I’ve got, so everything is right).

    I don’t know what to do or what to try, someone please help me.

    Hiya Jesse!

    EA have told me it’s something to do with Xbox, and I need assistance from them. But to me, that makes 0 sense when the problem is the EA account. (I know it’s nothing to do with Xbox).

    My friends just reset it for me 10 minutes ago as well and it’s still the same, they’ve just broken my account, and not willing to help me sort it out. I was hoping someone on here would of had the same problem, but hopefully with a solution to fixing it.

    I'm sorry about that. Unfortunately only EA support can assist you with issues on your EA account. There's nothing that can be done from the Xbox side sadly.

    I can't load in into and I have tried just about everything.

    Update: i have been able to log into ranbow six siege, but not destiny 2 or apex Apex legends.

    Thanks Tom! I had this isses with Origins log in, that was linked to my xbox. (For Apex) its really annoying!

    The solution is this ...... i suggest you keep a record of the new log ins and passwords

    Create new. ...

    1 Email address for them

    2. New Xbox account / gamertag set age to over 16 !

    3. When logging into Apex legends your promted to set up new EA account...

    And then your good to go... Good thing is as Apex is free to play you don't need another Xbox live subscription :)

    Now both gamertags are selectable when signing in.... Main gamertag plus the new one for playing Apex :)
