Apex Legends forces my xbox series s to overheat and shut off.

After finishing one game ,when I ready up my console suddenly shut offs cause of overheat. I play like other games for 6-7 hours while my console on fire but nothing happens. It is only on apex legends. After one game u are done. It starts to happens to me like 2 months ago. I have already check the fans there is no problem with them and I dont put anything top of the console. It is in a good place with airflow. I dont know why happends tho. Can u help me with that.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

It can be the game is corrupted. Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the game?

If yes, you may need to reset the console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I reset my xbox but unfortunately nothing changed.
