Apex Legends Crossplay Issue Please Help :(

Please check to see if cross-play is enabled under the Xbox Privacy settings for that particular account In addition to the Child Account Family Settings, there's another place where you can enable/disable cross-play as well. To see if it's enabled follow the steps below:

1. Go to your Xbox settings
   
2. Scroll to Account and click on Privacy and Online Safety
   
3. Click on Xbox Live Privacy
   
4. Click on View Details and Customize
   
5. Click on Communications and Multiplayer
   
6. Change "You can play with people outside of Xbox Live" to unblock.
   

I just need Apex Legends to allow crossplay, one of my good friends owns PS and we had a blast on Fortnite. Looking forward to trying Rocket League.

Is this latency happening with any other games on your Xbox? I found a forum thread with EA about this issue here: Apex Legends lag/stutter issue on Xbox one - Answer HQ. If it is not occurring with any other online game, it may be an issue specific to Apex Legends. It seems some have found a solution there. Please let me know if this is a persistent issue across all your games on your console or if it is just with Apex Legends.
