Apex legend title screen issues

Hello, so ive been experiencing these two issues with apex this past month. Everytime i load up the game, my game either has an issue with syncing my data, and then when it does sync theres often another issue where I cant connect to EA servers.

It is definitely internet related but I dont know why. My internet is not the best, however its not terrible, i play other games perfectly fine and dont experience these issues at all on other games while maybe lag spiking here and there. When i want to play apex i have to switch to a mobile hotspot on my phone which then allows me to sync my data and connect to ea servers very easily. The thing is, my hotspot is worse than my internet in download speed, and worse playing other games, so it really doesnt make sense to me that apex works fine with the hotspot and not my real internet.

My NAT type is always open. Once in a while I’ll load into apex instantly and none of these issues occur in the slightest but that doesnt happen to often. I’ve tried resetting my internet then loading up apex, ive tried signing out and back in, ive tried hard restarting my xbox, ive deleted the save data off of my xbox to see if would then sync better, and nothing has proven to work.

This occurs at the title screen of Apex Legends where it begins syncing data, and where you need to press A to continue and connect into EA servers. I’ve googled the subject, and it would seem similar-ish’ problems have occurred on the steam version, but nobody has posted anything like this about Xbox Apex so it looks like this is completely unique to me.

Are there any possible solutions or ideas as to why this is happening and if I can fix it?

i am nearly out of mobile hotspot and the new ranked season comes out in a few days lol, and i really would like to play it
