Apex legend points/coins purchased but not going onto the game

We have made 3 attempts to purchase at £7.19 each time and none of the counts/points are going onto the game. I submitted online refund requests and Xbox will only refund the first 7.19 saying we have had too many refunds

Anyone else have the same problem?

Purchase was with boys birthday gift vouchers and disappointed they can’t access over £14 worth of purchase

How to redeem Apex Legends coins?

Sign in to your EA account in your browser(Login to Origin).
Go to the "Redeem Product Code" page.
Enter the Apex Legends Coins code in which you purchase from SEAGM by clicking on "My Card".
The balance has now been added to your Apex Legends account.

This same thing is happening to me. But the game was Apex Legends. I bought a $20 pack of apex coins and didn’t receive the coins. Though the purchase was in my billing history. Even if I wanted to refund it I can’t, I’m out of refunds. This is happening on Xbox.

If your child has done anything with the coin duplication Glitch, they make it to where you cannot purchase coins anymore as it violates the terms and services of Apex Legends
