    since the last week i tried to play apex, but this didnt let me, i played fortnite, r6, gtaV and other kinds of games but APEX from EA always says an xbox fail ocurred, please contact xbox support to know about this problem, i was lvl 57 ¿what do i need
    to do?

    This has happened to me several times. I always try signing in and out of Xbox Live first, and if that doesn't do the trick I uninstall the game and re-download it. That usually does the trick. Not sure if you needed to create a new profile, but I am
    glad that you got it to work. I think Octane is a really fun new character and I am excited to see how the Battle Pass works out. I am waiting until I level up to 100 before I decide to drop the cash on it though.
