    Apex coins wont show up on account


    I've spent almost 40$ usd on apex coins and they won't show up. I've bought the lifeline edition got the skin banner frame and badge but not the coins i've also bought just flat out apex coins and nothing my card was charged but didn't receive anything. Also just bought the mad maggie pack for 5$ got the skin but still no coins this has been happening for months and i get no response from support and its been weeks. What is going on?

    Same thing. Been over a month with these issues. There is a problem buying apex coins since the series x update and it is mind boggling it's taking this long for a fix.

    Exact same thing happened to me. I was on the series x and my coins wouldn't show up. I had to log into my xbox one for them to show up.

    When did you purchase them?

    As sometimes it can take up to 24-48 hours for all of items to appear into your account.

    Same happened to me. This has been an ongoing issue for a long time, why EA / Apex haven't fixed this by now is ridiculous.

    Literally setting up the Xbox One again just to get the points through 🙈🙈🙈
