Apex Coins never showed up

Purchased 3 months gold that advertised bonus 1000 Apex Coins to be sent before June 30, it's now July 3rd and I haven't received anything.

I tried to contact support but the only option was to post on this forum.

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Sorry to hear about any troubles you are experiencing. It would be best if you could create your own thread, detailing this issue exactly. Let us know what was purchase, when, and what (If anything) has been done
to try to troubleshoot already. Any other details would help us out a lot as well.

Hi, sometimes delays happen, wait until the end of the week, and if you still haven't received your points (should be xbox live message). Then contact Xbox support support.xbox.com/contact-us and request a call back.
