APB Reloaded Won't Load

Since downloading the game and making a character, it won't transition past the first major load screen after selecting which area you want. It just hangs in the splash screen forever repeating.

Any help would be appreciated.

so shouldnt i be able to change my region to start playing? i have been playing apb closed beta since it first launched under realtime worlds before becoming apb: reloaded when gamerfirst bought it. if you could give me any information to find the forums
of apb reloaded for the xbox one id be grateful.

 

The developers of the game know this is an issues & working on a patch.

The first issue is specific to certain players. Right now some Xbox One players are stuck on a loading screen when trying to play the game (and/or have seen an “Error Code 4” or “Error Code 5” message), and these players will be unable to join a “district”
to play a match. Unfortunately those accounts that are affected with this issue will not be able to connect and play until the development team completes and deploys a patch since it’s an error triggered by specific accounts. Our team is working round the
clock and on a patch, and we will update the blog here as soon as that issue has been resolved.

I am also having the same problem, so I am just going to wait it out due to it being a soft launch for the first 30 days.

 

Ok but then do we lose out on the founders title for playing the 10 hours since I can't play because of the loading screen issue nd if so that's not fair at all.

I am not sure what is going to happen, I also want to play the game with my friends but is seem like a lot more people are having this issue also.

same issue here.. Waited hours on a loading screen .. Hard reset, deleted and reinstalled still freezing on loading upon entering main game

 

I've read somewhere that the issue is caused if you have more than 20 people blocked on your profile.

Whether that's true or not I don't know,i'm not unblocking people just to find out lol.

 

Dont think having people blocked would affect gameplay..

I'm going to call BS considering I don't have 20+ people blocked on my list (only 2 currently) and I'm still getting the issue with not being able to login. Very disheartening as I was really wanting to try this game out, but the fact that they haven't
posted anything about this issue in over a week (June 4th is the last day I've seen them state anything about this), and the fact that I have less than 20 people blocked but still can't login (the reasoning they're giving for people not being able to login)
I'm not sure if I'm willing to wait to try it out. Pretty sad too considering I know a lot of people would like to try it out, and I'm sure they would have had a decent fan base, but with the issue going on and lack of communication over it, I'm willing to
bet the majority of those people are going to get frustrated, delete the game and never give it a 2nd thought.

Okay for the "BLOCK" Issue that states if you have more then 20 users on your block-list the game wont wont try this

From the main console screen select friends, my profile, people I've blocked. Remove everyone and try the game again.
