AOE4 Won't install

Last night I was able to to install AOE4 but decided to wait until today because I didn't want to leave my PC on the whole night. When I tried to install it today it will begin the installation, but it will not go anywhere. It says there is 0 download speed, but then I try to download another gamepass game and I get a download speed. Anyone know how to fix this? I've tried restarting and closing and nothing has worked

I found the solution! If anyone ever has a problem like this, just go into the xbox app settings and reset it. I re opened the app and it was where it was downloading at the night before

If this still persists, I will leave some procedures that could also help:

First, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

If it still doesn't work:

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC and open the gamepass app, it will ask you to reinstall the gaming services, install it, and try again.

Well my problem solved itself it seems. I am able to install AOE4 and FH5 now. Thanks

I have the same issue. First gaming services was making a mess, but it seems like it has resolved now and I can use the Xbox app and install and run games there, except for AoE4.

AoE4 is still stuck in an installation loop, and I can't properly reset, cancel or fix it.

Same error code that is mentioned.

Open Accounts

Click Sign-in Options

Scroll down to Privacy

Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

Restart your PC
