aoe3 eso account recovery not working

I have have recently created a online account (eso) for age of empires 3 (steam) and once i logged out again it would not let me back in, i have tried all other means of support or recovery including the account recovery tool but
when i type in my details, it tells me there is no account link to this product ID... I have tried to make a new account it gives me a error. Please help iv tried logging back in with my account but it just says username and password is incorrect. username:
(the 0 is the number zero).

Aoe3 101 error

I bought aoe3 as part of an ensemble studios package from steam.

when I tried to make my eso account I received error 101. account creation failed.

I have tried numerous times to receive support from steam, ensemble studios and micrososft. all tell me to get help from the other source... I tried filling out the account recovery tool forms which said that there was already an account associated with
my key even though I bought the game new from steam. I want to be able to play online and not just against ai...

Age of Empires for xbox 360

Everything about AOE3 was an improvement from AOE3. Whats not to love? Why dont you like AOE3 but you love AOE2?

Its with Steam that i have the issue when trying sign into the AoE eso server, sorry for the late reply been out of town for awhile. If you could point me to the correct forum that would be a huge help!

Aha! Thanks for clarifying for me. Are you able to provide me with screenshots of what you're seeing when you try to log in? I want to be doubly sure that I'm getting you to the right place, or if we need to help here, before pointing fingers at others.
