AoE2: DE User Privilege Error

stopped working last night, said maintenance, so tried this morning. still not working.

Hi your account make part of some Family Group and you have the Permission Administration of the Group?

I'm not in any family group, it still says I have restricted access and should change it in my settings. There isn't any setting that helps me in this. Any way to fix this

E and it seems that your issue may be included in the first two knows issues, i suggest writing a report to them for further help.

Are there maybe some important open updated you should do before? But without further informations like e.g. a more detailed error description or error code its hard to help you.

I had once issues to download AoE2 DE, but that was gone from itself. Tried it again a couple of days later and it worked.
