AOE IV won't update

    AOE IV won't update


    I have gamepass on my PC and have AOE (Age of Empires) IV installed. A few days ago, I tried opening AOE IV and it wouldn't open due to an update that needed to be installed. However, it never updates. It just sits there and finally pauses after a few minutes (without updating). I've tried this several times each day since and nothing. I've rebooted and tried updating via xbox app or just opening AOE via the icon with same results. Anyone have any idea on getting his program updated so I can play it?

    Didn't work. It gets to 100% and then I get an error message (probably when it gets to installing the latest update). Doing more research, I discovered my latest Windows 11 updates failed to install as well. (Cumulative Update 2202-07 (KB5015882) ). I am going to just wait until Tuesday to see if MS has a fix and new update comes out. Thanks for trying anyways.

    May I know if you have tried to completely reinstall the game? If you haven't, would you please try it?

    If the issue persists after reinstalling, would you please tell me what country do you live in and if you use a VPN to connect to the internet?
