    Hello I create an ESO account for AOE III some years but i fogot the password but to get him, i need the email ... But the other problem is : my mail adress was delete (live.com) so i can't get my password ... I ask this question cause the ESO website didn't
    got support and there is a link send me here, so I ask you for some answer... Thank you ans sorry for the english (i'm belgian).

    How to fix error Code: 0x87E00198 when downloading a game on the microsoft store?

    Hi Daniel, thank you for responding to my post. My current operating system is windows 10. I am unable to run windows 11 as I don't currently meet the system requirements. I completed the steps in the video (repair, reset, and troubleshoot), but unfortunately the troubleshooter didn't find any problems and I am still having issues downloading AOE III with the same error code. About deleting my games managed by Xbox, I am unable to delete the XboxGames folder or the game inside it (AOE III, half downloaded) as I don't have permission from the system. Also, the folder is on a D: drive, not an E: drive, if that helps.
