AOE: Castle Siege reverted to a new game - old game lost

I have been playing Age of Empires: castle Siege on a desktop computer and on a Surface Pro 3 for many months. A few days ago I downloaded the AOE app onto my 950XL Windows phone and ran AOE: Castle Siege. It set me up as a new player. When I went back
to my desktop, I found that I had lost my original game along with all my resources and investment. I was set back to a beginning player. I log into all my Windows 10 devices with the same "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" login. This includes Desktops, Surface and phone. The
AOE game folks said that I must have used a new login. and I should talk to you. I use and have only one Microsoft login *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) on all devices.

How can I recover my original AOE:Castle Siege game and resources?

I have pretty much the same problem. Overnight my access to AOE: Castle Seige simply disappeared. Keeps asking me to go to "support", but where's the bloody support???

Hey there,

Is this the only game tis occurs in? You should be able to adjust the game's resolution within the game's settings, but if you can't you may want to manually adjust the window to a smaller size if a windowed mode is available.

Keep us posted if you're able to find a setting like that!

Ok, installed xbox beta. Castle Siege still won't work with beta either.

More info on existing problem:

Other Xbox games still work fine on my PC. Notice that these games open in there own smaller window, while AOE Castle Siege tries to open in fullscreen mode. Not sure if I am using the correct terms.

Icon black in my PC's toolbar and in Xbox "My Games."

Can't uninstall app either.
