    AOE 4 stuck on loading screen


    I was playing Age of Empires 4 on the game pass on PC.
    Tried to launch the game today and it wouldn't go past the loading screen.

    Used the repair option. No change.
    Deleted my save games and tried again. But still the same issue.

    Uninstalled and reinstalled game. But continue to get stuck on the same screen.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Apparently this is a bug that is affecting some users after the new patch update. Some users are saying they actually got the game working by disconnecting the PC from the internet, but besides that, I think the best option would be to contact the game support and report this issue.
