    AOE 2 DE crashed


    Hi need help

    while playing a campaign on my laptop, the game crashed and the screen was frozen. After rebooking and trying to load game a message saying it was offline. I went into apps to try and resent the app but it appears it uninstalled the game instead. The game icon is still in the start menu but is dead and the AOE 2 DE folder is still in the games folder. Can I download the game again. Im so upset Ive lost all the campaigns I completed.. Regards Sam

    Dericka, having received no help from you, I uninstalled the game. I tried to reinstall from the microsoft store but it now shows that I must pay ANOTHER £14.99 for it.

    Hi again, Dericka. I've now tried playing by saving the game using the same file name each time. This increases the file size and, after 4 saves, the file will no longer load. This leads me to believe I am having a problem with the cloud. Does this help you at all with deciding what's going wrong?

    I'm afraid this hasn't helped. I can save the game up to 4 times. After that it jusr crashes.
