    am i missing something here?

    ok so basically i bought this 1080p monitor for my XB1 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/AOC-I2757FH-Widescreen-Multimedia-1920x1080/dp/B00A46Y6DW) but
    when ive looked at videos of games on YouTube from my laptop the quality of them looks so much better. is there something i''m missing? like a simple option in the settings? or something like that?

    would really appreciate any help i could get. cheers.

    p.s. i do have the 1080p option selected from the display and sound menu in settings

    Not much you can calibrate on a monitor for (they are made that way to reduce as much processing delay as possible), but look at Lagom.nl/lcd-test for monitor test images and that should also make your Xbox one look great as well.
