    Hello friends

    i have purchased Xbox One X - GOW Edition including all parts of GOW some months ago.

    Following two questions about it.

    (1) GOW 3 shows a double screen error, see picture.

    all other parts are doing well.

    What can cause this error?

    Setting: Xbox One X, Panasonic LCD TV production date 2018/19 size 50", resolution 4K (1080 doesn't work too)

    all parts are Xbox original

    (2) is there a difference between GOW 5 standard (Operation 3) and GOW 5 Ultimate

    According to the bundle, the code should unlock the Ultimate version to download, but I only get the normal one.

    Habe mir vor einigen Monaten die Xbox One X - GOW Edition gekauft, mit allen Teilen.

    Diesbezüglich zwei Fragen, vielleicht kann jemand helfen.

    (1) habe mich durch die ersten beiden Teile gespielt, alles problemlos.

    beim Start des 3. Teils bekomme ich auf anhieb einen doppelten Bildschirm siehe Bild.

    Neuinstallation hat nichts gebracht. (der 4. Teil läuft dann wieder problemlos).

    Was kann das sein?

    Setting: Xbox One X, Panasonic LCD TV Herstellungsjahr 2018/19 in 50", Auflösung 4K (auch schon auf 1080 umgestellt ohne Erfolg)

    alles Original Xbox Teile

    (2) gibt es einen Unterschied zwischen GOW 5 Standard (Operation 3) und GOW 5 Ultimate?

    In dem Bundle sollte eigentlich die Ultimate Version dabei sein, der Code schaltet aber nur die Standardversion zum Download frei.

    I have found out that the problem with the double screen is caused by my Profile (this one)

    If I logon with another profile I get a normal picture.

    When I wanna play split screen campaign, the first player has to be another profile, second can be mine and then it works.

    My Profile is quite old, opened since launch of xbox 360.

    I have played GOW 3 already on xbox 360 when it was new with this profile.

    Can maybe check a technician whats wrong with it?

    Hi Marcel,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have questions on a couple games. With the gears of war 3 double picture, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. With the code for

    Ultimate edition GOW 5     this includes the normal game and all the extras. With the link go down to where it says in this bundle. Shows the normal game Halo reach character pack and 30 day boost.

    for GOW 3 - reinstalling did not help either, I forgot to mention that, sorry. Maybe another idea?

    for GOW 5 ultimate - thanks for the Link, but when I try to download Ultimate, I get the error code the code is already used/redeemed.

    When I typed in the Code some days/weeks ago on Xbox Online, the Gears 5 'Operation 3' popped up
