Anyway to transfer Live Gold to a newly created Xbox Live account?

I created a Live account and was assigned a name tag that I don't want. I tried changing it and I'm being charged for the change. I contacted Xbox support and the agent told me under my account, there were two previous tag name changes made in 2014. I
am 100% sure I did not make those name tag changes in 2014.

Without the name tag fee waved I have to pay to change the name tag. Is it possible to create a new Outlook.com email and have my 12 months Xbox Live Gold transferred to the new account so that I can create a new name tag?

As the others have stated, the free month of Xbox LIVE Gold is only available to a newly created Xbox LIVE account. And even that is limited to three accounts, I believe.

The free months of xbox live gold on each new console only apply to newly created accounts. 1 per new account for up to 3 accounts.

 

If you're still in the first 30 days of the subscription, you should be able to contact support and have them cancel the subscription and give you a token for the remaining time to put on the new account. Otherwise, there is no way to transfer the subscription.

Also, about the free name change. The free change is only available if you were given a randomly generated tag when you created your account. The gamertag you're posting from would be one you chose, which means you would not be eligible for the free change.
