So is there anyway I can at least the the email for my minecraft account? Thats all I need i think

That makes sense but is there anyway that Minecraft, Microsoft, or Xbox could tell me or show me what my email is for the account?

i want to recover an old minecraft account but i have no clue what email was used to create the account. there likely isnt a phone number attached to the account, but if i am reminded of the email i can probably somehow recover the email. please help!

Not sure if this will work or not given your situation but it is the only thing I can think of that you can try. Take a look at the Reset
or recover your Microsoft account password page.
