Anyway to contact xbox enforcement?

I posted earlier about account restrictions from a communication ban, turns out they through another on there and I can't even play online games on that account.

I applied for a case review but the little note box doesn't have enough space so I can fully explain what happened. I needed more space to explain all I needed to say and with the note box, since you can only post so much, they have no way
of understanding what happened at all. Is there an email account I can message to fully explain? I tried my best with what i had but that only scratched the surface and in some ways (if whoever reads it does not understand the circumstances and I am referring
to in the note) it can make me look bad. I really don't know what else to do, I have been looking for help on trying to get my full story explained to them but came up with no luck.
I really have no way to defend myself at all.

The investigation will take as long as it needs to. There are 30 million subscribers, you are not the only person who needs attention. Be patient, that is why they told you it could take up to 30 days.

When the support agent told you this on the phone why didn't you ask him/her why the gap was so loarge? You won't get any answers about your case until it has been resolved. Contacting them constantly about it will not speed up
the process.

While you are waiting for them to complete the investigation you should take a few moments to read up on Account Security for your XBL account. Many people claim they were 'hacked' but that just isn't possible on XBL. It is too
secure and safe a network. If not then they would have been 'hacked' long ago and
millions of customers would have been affected, but that isn't the case at all. Many people just don't know how to keep their personal information to themselves or use the same log in information across multiple websites/services.

I'm having such a hard time over this mentally and I have no way at all to defend myself or explain myself. The note thing only lets you say so much, I just feel really terrible. I need to explain this.

The case review on enforcement.xbox.com is the only place to contact the enforcement team. The space given for case review is all that is offered. If they have upheld the ban there is nothing further you can do.
