Anything installed doesn't work on my Xbox One

I bought the Forza 5 bundle and my Forza 5 doesn't work. I have BF4 on disc but all the DLC content doesn't work. I've tried all the tricks powering on and off and resetting my profile and what not and nothing has worked yet. All I can play is the game data
from my BF4 disc.

Forza 5: After reinstalling the game I am now able to just barely start the very first race in Prague then it sends me back to my home screen.

Battlefield 4 DLC: When joining a server it just acts like it's loading the map indefinitely but never does.

Controller on, plugged in and recognized but isn't responding.

Quick question.

My brother let me borrow his steam so I could play Subnautica.

I just spent the last three hours fighting with my xbox one controller, trying to get it to work with my pc. I eventually gave up and used a different one, and it's plugged in and on. But here's my problem:

It doesn't work.

It's on, my computer recognizes it's on. But it doesn't work ingame.

Or even out of the game.

I updated my drivers, updated the controller, installed everything the Xbox Accessories app told me I needed.

Still nothing.

I'm not getting any errors or anything. It just. Doesn't work.

 

My Xbox one is not playing my game disc.

I installed WWE 2K17 on my Xbox one ,but when I try to play it the doesn't work! What happened to the console.

 

Hey there Saved! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

To start, I suggest giving these steps a shot:

• Go to My Games and Apps.
• Hover over both Forza 5.
• Press the menu button.
• Select Uninstall.
• Wait for it to uninstall completely.
• Hover over BF4.
• Press the menu button.
• Select Uninstall.
• Wait for it to uninstall completely.
• Press and hold the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds until the console powers off completely.
  
• Wait at least 60 seconds.
• Unplug the console from the power outlet.
• Wait at least 60 seconds.
• Plug the console back into the power outlet.
• Wait at least 60 seconds.
• Power the console on.
• Reinstall both games and try playing again.

purchased xbox one a couple of weeks ago, with forza 5 bundle. after getting through several races the game goes into a loop where it alternates from the start screen to display of all the supercars. the only way to fix is to delete the profile, sending
the user back to the start (where one must again endure the stupid jeremy clarkson bit).

what are you doing to fix this issue?

 

Xbox Support recommended I should reset my Xbox back to factory settings, so I did and after having to re-download Forza 5 and my BF4 content again I still have the exact same problems. I think I got the 1 in a million duds. Microsoft, please give me a working
Xbox One, it cost so much money and I can't even play the bundle game plus the $50 BF4 Premium!

 

Sorry to hear that, Saved. Getting set up with a console repair is easy though. Head on over to our Online Service Center to register your console and being the repair process!

 

I am having this same problem with my Titanfall, which I also got the bundle for. Origanally the game just stopped connecting to servers, and then I realized that was happening to all my Xbox One games. I reset to factory default, and have since been having
this trouble with Titanfall. I keep getting the error code: 0x87df2ee2.

Also, Misses Joust, the like to the support center seems to be broken...
