Discus and support Anyone's XBOX shut off while trying to run Netflix/YouTube? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So this just recently started happening and it's very odd to me.     Anyone's XBOX shut off while trying to run Netflix/YouTube?


    So this just recently started happening and it's very odd to me.

    Mid video it'll freeze then just turn off the console. I can play a game for hours without a hiccup.

    I called customer support and they were absolutely useless.

    I've deleted the apps, did the hard reset, unplug from wall, re download the apps but nothing.

    Even tried that Blu-Ray persistent clear thing to no avail

    Is this happening to anyone else? Seems more like a software issue then hardware.

    Any solutions or other suggestion aside from what is normally said....try the hard reset.

    all games so far ill try a disc game see how that works out

    Hey mate,

    It could be a hardware fault in that case, which would mean it needs a repair.

    Is it just one game that its happening to? Or every game?

    Just saw an hour long video on Xbox Video with out incident.....must be a software thing.

    I get this same problem. Happens with Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. but not with games. I have no solution, but once my console restarts it seems to be ok. Only happens every once in a while....

    Quick Question

    Install a game from disc, download updates, all while watching a video feed from one of the many Apps on the Xbox One console. I've installed games while watching videos off Netflix and YouTube. The Xbox One can run multiple apps at once, no problems at
    all.

    It always runs hot even while watch Netflix or other format, it only shuts off during those games though now that you mention it. I will contact them thank you so much for your help.

    Netflix update is terrible

    The last 2 days when I turn a show on Netflix it runs for like 5 minutes and I "can't play title right now please try later" message appears. And before I have a chance to press OK the Xbox one shuts off.. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix
    it? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it..
