Discus and support Anyone's else getting error code 0x8013153B in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; when ever I try to do something in the store it gives me the error code 0x8013153B, but when I put it in the error code search it says it's not a error...     Help?? I have just got a new xbox and now cannot access the store, or any apps. I keep getting error code 0x8013153B.

    I keep getting this error code when opening the store on Xbox One. Been getting it for a couple days. Any ideas as to what is going on?

    Hey guys -

    If the power cycle that maxen recommended didn't work, let's have you try
    removing your Xbox Live profile     from your Xbox One console, then power cycle. If that doesn't work, the next step I'd suggest is to

    factory reset     your Xbox One (while keeping your games and apps) and seeing if that helps resolve the issue.

    Give those a shot and let us know if the issue persists. :)

    • Sorry to hear about the issues with connecting to the store, it does sound like there might be a network problem. Please run a Detailed Network Statistics
      test on the Xbox One console and provide the following information.
      • Download Speed
      • Upload Speed
      • Latency
      • Packet Loss %
      • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used)

    That'll help us figure out the next step to get this fixed!

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the Xbox One store! Since this first started have tried a quick power cycle on your Xbox One to see if that helps? To power cycle your Xbox One, hold down the power button on the console for 8-10 seconds until it
    shuts off. Once it's off, you can power it back on. Let us know if that helps!
