someone knocked my router out and i cant connect to xbox live

hi guys people usually say they can knock your router out. i found out today that some people arent kidding. plus as far as i know this against XBL Terms and conditions as it pretty much is tampering with equipment that Is not your own. and 2. its illegal
because your also messing with an internet providers connection. if the xbox live enforcement team reads this. please contact me for more information because i have the hackers GT written down and waiting.

Tampering with someone else's connection over Xbox LIVE is a direct violation of the Code Of Conduct , and anyone caught doing so , is subject to a Permanent Ban via the XBLPET's .

Sorry but what is the issue? you can't connect to live? if you are getting frequent disconnects from live then set your routers 802.11 setting from 300mbps to 145mbps.

if anyone reads this please file complaint with [Mod removed] for tampering because he no scoped me through a wall on rust and this is definitely signs of bullying and use of aimbot and system tampering to beat me in a 1v1 quickscopes match. He then was
